📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team (3–4 people), fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company goals. • Formulate and execute financial strategies supporting company growth objectives and operational efficiencies. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for accuracy and timeliness. • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to guide decision-making and support strategic initiatives. • Monitor key financial metrics and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks proactively. • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards. • Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors. • Implement financial controls and policies to safeguard company assets. • Participate in executive-level strategy development and provide insights based on financial data.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are preferred. • Previous experience at a Big Four firm or in investment banking. • 8+ years of experience in finance management roles, with a proven track record of strategic financial leadership. • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams. • Effective communication abilities to present financial information to executive stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to make sound financial decisions and maintain discretion with confidential information. • Fluency in Russian and English.
