• Serve as the right hand to a high-profile individual, managing daily tasks and personal requests with full autonomy. • Craft bespoke luxury travel itineraries, curating unique experiences and ensuring effortless movement across global destinations. • Deliver VIP-level concierge and lifestyle management, handling everything from exclusive reservations to high-touch experiences. • Coordinate private events and engagements, ensuring every detail—the venue, the timing, the ambience—is impeccably executed. • Conduct deep research and manage logistics for significant purchases, rare items, and special gifts. • Collaborate with Executive Assistants and different teams across multiple time zones, maintaining a harmonious and efficient ecosystem. • Handle sensitive personal and family matters with absolute confidentiality, flexibility, and grace.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of PA experience within a UHNWI environment or private family office. • Fluency in English and Russian—spoken and written—is essential. • Demonstrated independence and the ability to make decisions in fast-paced, high-stakes situations. • Extensive experience in luxury travel, concierge services, and VIP support. • Exceptional organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to plan proactively. • A flexible, proactive, can-do attitude, capable of managing shifting priorities and multiple tasks at once. • Strong, verifiable references available upon request.
