• design and command Elevation Capital’s AI-first transformation • hire, manage, and build out the infrastructure, teams, and capabilities • bring AI and automation directly into the operating core of the existing portfolio • embed AI and automation across all portfolio companies • build AI fluency and technical readiness across teams • establish a culture of experimentation and continuous evolution
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience • at least 5+ years in a CTO, Head of AI, or equivalent senior role • 5+ years of experience developing and executing an enterprise-wide technology and AI strategy • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning productization • 5+ years operating within fast-paced, founder-led or entrepreneur-driven environments • advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
