📋 Description

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI • Help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals • Identify new business opportunities where conversational AI can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the conversational AI landscape • Understand customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends • Demonstrate or develop expertise in conversational AI and ElevenLabs’ voice technology • Help customers apply voice technology to customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and other use cases • Partner with organizations to generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company • Ideally, exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms • Strong product intuition and ability to learn technical products deeply • Ability to clearly articulate product value to customers • Genuine curiosity about Voice GenAI • Proactive, agile operating style • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Customer- and product-driven mentality prioritizing client satisfaction and scale • Fluency in English and Korean • Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
