📋 Description

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Colombian priority industries, from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement • Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound • Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Colombian market • Feed local buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and regulatory insights back to the global team • Partner with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams • Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market • Use data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company • Experience building and scaling B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline • Experience implementing growth and marketing projects from start to finish • Accountability for marketing project ROI • Deep knowledge of the Colombian market, including enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture • Ideally, an existing network in the Colombian market • Ability to work with limited process and set priorities independently • Ability to span multiple marketing functions and move quickly as the first marketer in the market • Relentless commitment to quality, clarity, and impact • Curiosity about AI and close following of the technology ecosystem • Exceptional judgment about what makes marketing stand out
