📋 Description
• Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning • Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the French team • Support and align teams in complex deal execution • Sit in on AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed • Manage complex calendars and coordination across multiple time zones • Keep the team aligned on company processes and follow through on commitments • Identify and solve operational problems before they become bigger ones • Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply personal impact • Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience in consulting, RevOps, or a high-growth startup GTM environment • Ideally, exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms • Deep understanding of the French ecosystem • Solid problem-solving skills with a structured and practical approach • Genuine commercial instincts • Comfortable in front of customers and in spreadsheets • Low ego and high ownership; no task beneath you • Passion for AI and excitement about a category-defining company • Based in Latin America, in the same timezone as the team • Full proficiency in French is mandatory • Ability to operate in CET and GMT timezones
