📋 Description

• Work with Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers, and Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, ElevenLabs' enterprise AI platform • Synthesize customer, workflow, product, user, and impact information into a cohesive understanding of priority problems • Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify customer-facing and operational workflow pain points • Own flagship deals end-to-end, including use-case identification, commercial-term structuring, and deal closure • Embed deeply with strategic customers as a trusted partner and own delivery outcomes • Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them • Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and impact • Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally • Present work results and future-work proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives • Feed field insights to Research teams to help shape the ElevenLabs platform and model roadmap • Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology • Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to move agents into production and deliver measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity • Direct enterprise customer experience preferred • Experience in product development, delivery, and change management • Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles • Basic proficiency in Python • Familiarity with API integration • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous projects and deliver results • Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases • Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks • Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems • Mandarin/English multilingual ability • Ability to travel frequently to meet customers onsite and collaborate in person with the Singapore team
