📋 Description

• Work as part of a driven team to unlock the full potential of ElevenLabs’ voice AI platform for a growing customer base • Scale technical solutions efficiently for enterprise customers • Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process • Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions • Craft technical demonstrations communicating the product’s value proposition • Create technical enablement resources for the sales team • Build self-service tools and documentation enabling customers to implement solutions independently • Identify common integration patterns or features for productization and collaborate with product teams to implement them

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products • Enjoyment of working directly with customers and providing tailored technical support • Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled • Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams • Strong technical background in architecting integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions • Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects • Proficiency in Python • Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
