📋 Description

• Deliver strategic cybersecurity solutions safeguarding clients’ business and data assets • Deliver, engineer, and operationally support IAM capabilities across enterprise client environments • Drive secure identity lifecycle processes, automation, governance, compliance, and audit readiness • Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and global experts • Provide hands-on technical delivery and continuous improvement across managed services programs • Support IGA, PAM, and AM platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, break/fix, standard changes, upgrades, patching, and L3 escalation handling • Participate in on-call rotations and major incident responses • Lead complex application onboarding, including requirements gathering, integration design, connector configuration, and end-to-end validation • Design automation for joiner/mover/leaver processes, privileged access onboarding, and access review remediation • Create operational dashboards and metrics • Provide IAM architecture guidance, solution design, strategic recommendations, and tooling roadmaps • Plan and execute IAM tool migrations and platform transitions • Support audits and produce evidence of IAM controls and remediation actions • Prepare periodic status reports and operational summaries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree required • Over 5 to 8 years of hands-on IAM implementation and operations support experience • Relevant end-to-end IAM services support experience • Knowledge of IGA tools such as SailPoint ISC/IIQ, Saviynt, or equivalent • Experience with access request management, approval workflows, automated provisioning/de-provisioning, RBAC, SoD, least privilege, access reviews, and application integrations • Experience administering PAM solutions including CyberArk or Delinea • Strong knowledge of CyberArk PAM, PAS, Cloud, PTA, EPM, Alero, or related modules • Experience with Secrets Server administration, policy management, and PAM upgrades • Experience with REST APIs, AutoIT, Shell scripting, and Discovery Scanning tools • Experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, PingID, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or equivalent • Experience with enterprise provisioning, federation, systems integration, APIs, SDKs, Python, and PowerShell • Experience with incident, problem, and change management following ITIL practices • Experience using ServiceNow and Jira • Experience developing operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and SOPs • Experience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, REST APIs, and Postman • Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, and identity-management regulatory compliance • Experience monitoring service health, SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CCSP, or IAM-specific certifications are desirable/advantageous, not required • Knowledge of Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityNow IIQ/ISC, CyberArk, Saviynt, Ping Access/Federate, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, ForgeRock, SQL, MSSQL/Oracle, Java fundamentals, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
