📋 Description

• Monitor AWS infrastructure and application health • Respond to alerts from Splunk, Datadog, incident tickets, and other tools • Follow runbooks and SOPs • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams • Track MTTA and MTTR • Perform basic AWS administration, including EC2, S3, IDM, access control, backups, scheduled jobs, and restarting VMs/services • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code for Plume Open Sync Cloud software and infrastructure updates supporting Cellular Backup • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues • Implement cloud and security best practices to improve reliability and scalability • Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize deployments • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management • Enhance monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK • Document processes and assist with knowledge sharing • Prepare shift handover reports

🎯 Requirements

• L1 DevOps support knowledge • AWS infrastructure and application health monitoring • Incident response and operational support • Experience with Splunk, Datadog, and incident ticketing tools • Ability to follow runbooks and SOPs • Basic AWS administration, including EC2, S3, IDM, access control, backups, scheduled jobs, and VM/service restarts • CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance • Infrastructure as code (IaC) • Infrastructure and deployment troubleshooting • Cloud and security best practices • Infrastructure provisioning and configuration management • Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK • MTTA/MTTR tracking
