📋 Description

• Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant responsible for functional implementation of ERP which includes Oracle Fusion HCM module. • Support in HCM business solutions in Oracle. • Individual contributor with ability to interact with global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Overall 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 6+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - (Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, Security, ORC, Compensation, Talent). • Should be able to configure the assigned module with direction from the Solution Leader. • Identify and document gaps between requirements and delivered functionality. • Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion application. • Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps. • Should be able to perform Unit test all functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results. • Should develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution by providing functional guidance to technical team. • Should have experience with Oracle HCM modules is must. • Must have done at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. • Should have good functional (process) knowledge in the area(s) of work. • Should have sound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
