📋 Description
• Act as a SME by possessing broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Cloud HCM product • Interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts • Articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact
🎯 Requirements
• 8 plus years overall experience with both hands-on Oracle development and team leadership • 3+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. • Subject matter expertise within the HCM Data Domain with experience on Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, Security • Experience in BI Publisher (RTF design/eText/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods) • Experience in additional Reporting Tools : HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard. • Experience in Extending Cloud/EBS through the native personalization layer • Experience in Fast Formulas,HCM Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.
