📋 Description

• Design, build, test and maintain software solutions across the Customer Platform using Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AWS • Deliver secure, maintainable code meeting functional and non-functional requirements • Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture and Operations in a cross-functional squad • Design integrations and APIs supporting end-to-end customer journeys • Participate in code reviews, design discussions and technical refinement sessions • Perform automated testing, peer review and proactive defect resolution • Support live services through incident investigation, root cause analysis and platform improvements • Follow security, compliance and data protection requirements • Own delivery of agreed work items and raise risks and blockers early • Contribute to automation, AI, reusable platforms and modern engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience • Salesforce Platform 2+ certification stated as mandatory • Expert knowledge of LWC, Lightning Flows and Apex • 5+ years of software development experience delivering scalable production systems • Experience with cloud-based and API-driven architectures • Strong coding capability in relevant languages and frameworks • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and secure coding practices • Ability to design maintainable and resilient solutions • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience working in cross-functional delivery teams • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or AWS cloud-based services • Experience building and consuming APIs and integrations • Knowledge of source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and code review • Experience with secure, maintainable and well-tested code • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing and managed services • Experience supporting live services, incident investigation and defect resolution • Understanding of security, data protection and compliance principles • Ability to analyse problems and troubleshoot issues • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Additional desirable experience includes 3+ Salesforce certifications, large IT organisations, Vlocity/Industries Cloud, low-level technical design, Vlocity CPQ and GitHub DevOps
