📋 Description

• Implement and manage SAP Solution Manager ChaRM processes end to end • Create logical components and solutions according to the system landscape • Create phase cycles and continuous cycles • Schedule import jobs in managed systems • Configure managed systems, LMDB, and SLD processes • Customize ChaRM statuses using action profiles, condition profiles, and formulas • Implement SOLDOC end to end • Integrate ChaRM with CTS+, QGM, and other SAP Change Management tools • Manage Transport Requests, Transport of Copies, and Transport Routes in ChaRM • Set up and manage authorizations for ChaRM users, including roles and profiles • Produce ChaRM reports, dashboards, and KPIs • Analyze logs, debug, and troubleshoot ChaRM-related issues • Perform pre-ChaRM upgrade steps and resolve post-upgrade issues • Create documentation and SOPs and provide user training • Develop processes and procedures for governance around Solution Manager use and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in SOLMAN; minimum required experience interpreted as 4 years • Experience configuring SAP Solution Manager ChaRM, including Change Request Management and Change Control Management • Experience with Document Management, Service Desk, Business Process Monitoring, project definition and blueprint nodes, and Template Management • Hands-on end-to-end ChaRM implementation and process experience • Experience creating logical components and solutions for the landscape • Experience creating phase cycles and continuous cycles • Experience scheduling import jobs in managed systems • Experience with managed system configurations, LMDB, and SLD processes • Hands-on expertise in ChaRM status customization, action profiles, condition profiles, and formulas • Experience with end-to-end SOLDOC implementation • Experience integrating ChaRM with CTS+, QGM, and other SAP Change Management tools • Hands-on experience managing Transport Requests, Transport of Copies, and Transport Routes in ChaRM • Experience setting up and managing ChaRM user authorizations, roles, and profiles • Knowledge of ChaRM reports, dashboards, and KPIs • Expertise in analyzing logs, debugging, and troubleshooting ChaRM issues • Experience with pre-ChaRM system upgrade steps and post-upgrade issue resolution • Ability to create documentation and SOPs and provide ChaRM process training • Ability to develop governance processes and procedures for Solution Manager use and deployment
