📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions • Gather and analyze business, security, compliance, and technical requirements • Design SailPoint ISC solutions aligned with enterprise IAM architecture and security standards • Configure identity profiles, attributes, lifecycle states, access profiles, entitlements, roles, and governance policies • Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle processes • Configure automated account provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise applications • Integrate SailPoint ISC using connectors, APIs, and custom integrations • Configure and troubleshoot integrations with Active Directory/Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, JDBC applications, REST APIs, and SaaS applications • Configure access request workflows, approvals, access profiles, and entitlement management • Implement and manage manager, application-owner, and entitlement-owner access certifications • Design and implement RBAC and role-management solutions • Develop custom rules, transforms, scripts, workflows, and API-based integrations • Perform source onboarding, account and entitlement aggregation, correlation, and identity attribute mapping • Troubleshoot aggregation, provisioning, identity correlation, connector, workflow, and certification issues • Implement segregation-of-duties and access governance controls • Support configuration migration across development, test, staging, and production environments • Participate in architecture, design, code/configuration reviews, testing, and deployment • Develop implementation documentation, configuration guides, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials • Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, stabilization, and post-production support • Collaborate with SailPoint, IAM architects, cybersecurity teams, application owners, and business stakeholders • Mentor junior SailPoint developers and implementation consultants • Identify opportunities to automate IAM processes and improve identity governance maturity • Operate independently on complex implementations, provide technical leadership, resolve production issues, establish standards, mentor team members, and communicate technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline • Typically 6+ years of IAM/IGA experience, including significant hands-on SailPoint implementation experience • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) • Experience implementing enterprise-scale Identity Governance solutions • Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning and deprovisioning, access certifications, access requests, entitlement management, RBAC, SoD, identity correlation, and authentication and authorization concepts • Experience onboarding authoritative and non-authoritative identity sources • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, REST APIs, and SaaS application integrations • Understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, and SQL • Experience troubleshooting SailPoint connectors, aggregations, provisioning operations, and identity-processing issues • Strong understanding of IAM security principles and regulatory/compliance requirements • SailPoint ISC certification or other SailPoint professional certification preferred • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, migrations to SailPoint ISC, cloud platforms, enterprise application integrations, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, Git, DevOps, Zero Trust, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Threat Detection preferred
