📋 Description
• Perform checks and monitor critical processes in production instances • Proactively identify and fix issues • Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs • Automate delivery of KPI dashboards • Architect, design, document, configure, deliver, and automate I2C processes across billing systems and external collections teams • Manage KLO, upgrades, and stories in sprint delivery • Architect and design cross-functional requirements sessions • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications • Identify unspoken or conflicting requirements and challenge the norm
🎯 Requirements
• Good knowledge of Zuora billing, customer management, and payment management • Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs, payment gateways, and Avalara • Hands-on Zuora Workflow experience required • Good understanding of the Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs • Ability to deliver with minimal hand-holding • Zuora Revenue is good to have • Proficiency in process and solution engineering • Experience managing and delivering cross-functional projects and integrations • Advanced presentation skills and authoritative communication • Ability to architect and design cross-functional requirements sessions • Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications
