📋 Description

• Process rebates and income verification requests. • The bulk of your time will be spent reviewing submissions from our customers, following up on missing or incorrect entries, and submitting rebate applications. • Reviewing applicant income documentation • Accepting or rejecting applications • Communicating with customers from whom we may need more information to decision their case • Escalating complex cases to our full-time Processing Team
