• Strong cinematic and storytelling instincts • Experience creating visual or narrative content • Creative eye for pacing, composition and emotional storytelling • Practical execution mindset • Ability to work independently and remotely • Strong curiosity and adaptability toward AI tools and workflows • Startup mentality and fast execution capability • Strong English communication skills • Passion for digital storytelling and AI-driven content creation • Experience or familiarity with tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Luma, Kling, Pika, ElevenLabs, Suno, Udio, ChatGPT workflows, AI video generation tools, AI avatar or realistic AI content creation
