📋 Description

• Build and supervise a local [or global] team of employees • Drive end-to-end software quality, while focusing on ensuring strong customer experiences • Responsible for the overall testing strategy and tactics • Develop, track, report, and act upon metrics and KPIs • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams • Liaison with the development team to ensure requirements and functionality are properly understood • Security Designate responsibilities related to processing reports of security incidents and breaches

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years managing a team • Experience designing and building functional and integration tests using automated testing tools for APIs, CLIs and GUIs • Experience with AWS or Azure DevOps and JIRA to facilitate SCRUM/Agile workflow • Experience working with SaaS and traditional software products • Experience with load and stress testing tools and methodologies • Experience with implementing QA best practices within the CI/CD methodology • Experience working with application security platforms such as Veracode and APISec
