• Support the Site Manager, lead and supervise customer personnel • Install, commission and maintain centrifugal compressors and steam turbines • Direct service representatives to take corrective action • Work in partnership with the customer and keep them informed • Ensure customers are satisfied and promote service excellence • Work with sales department to meet customer demands • Produce comprehensive service reports and present to management and customer • Contribute new ideas to enhance service and customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship • Several years’ experience in the field of turbo machinery • Previous experience commissioning, overhauling, maintaining and repairing of centrifugal compressors and steam turbines • Supervisory and hands-on experience • Previous experience writing comprehensive and detailed service reports • Proven track record working onsite with customers • Willing and able to travel approximately 200 + days per year • Excellent command of the English language • Proficiency with MS Office in Word, Excel and MS Project
