• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to meet or exceed budgeted volumes for all services (inspections, repairs, retrofits, spares) related to steam turbines, centrifugal/axial compressors, and cryogenic pumps. • Manage all assigned accounts within the territory, proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities (prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management). • Prepare and submit annual business plans, along with detailed monthly business/sales reports and accurate forecasts. • Recognize and investigate customer operational and maintenance needs, expertly relating them to the Company’s extensive service and technical capabilities. • Produce high-quality, winning proposals that address the customer’s project requirements, ensuring alignment with planned commercial margins. • Facilitate the finalization of contractual terms and conditions to secure service agreements. • Participate actively in industry events, trade fairs, road shows, and conduct professional sales presentations to key prospects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is highly preferred. • Several years of proven experience in service sales or account management within the turbomachinery, power generation, or petrochemical industries. • Demonstrated technical proficiency with rotating equipment, including steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, and pumps (cryogenic or custom). • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, specifically for MRO services and spare parts. • Native-level fluency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. • Strong understanding of contract finalization, commercial terms, and margin management. • Highly organized, self-starter capable of managing a large territory and working independently.
