📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams to build and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails • Develop scalable APIs and databases to support various project requirements • Utilize AI tools for improved coding processes and documentation • Engage in code reviews and mentor junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of deep, production-grade Ruby on Rails experience - advanced framework concepts, background jobs (Sidekiq/Redis), design patterns, and best practices • Hands-on experience with Claude Code (Anthropic) for AI-assisted code generation, debugging, code review, and documentation - this is a core part of how we build at Techjays • Strong React development skills - hooks, component architecture, state management, and responsive UI from wireframe to production • Expert-level PostgreSQL/MySQL proficiency - schema design, query optimisation, indexing, and performance tuning • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs at scale for enterprise clients

🏖️ Benefits

• Remote but candidates should be from South India and willing to travel to Chennai/Coimbatore office for project requirements once or twice in a quarter
