• Configure the Salesforce environment in coordination with internal stakeholders • Ensure continuous performance and security monitoring of the Salesforce platform • Independently implement identified optimization opportunities • Provide technical and methodological advice to internal stakeholders on Salesforce-related matters • Analyze, design and implement solution designs in Salesforce
• Degree in (business) informatics/ computer science or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience administering CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) • Experience with Microsoft 365 and preferably SAP BTP or similar platforms • Knowledge of interfaces, integrations and cloud architectures is an advantage • Analytical thinking, an independent working style and enjoyment of cross-system tasks • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
