📋 Description

• Account ownership for existing customers: Manage your own portfolio of existing customers and cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships • Cross-sell & upsell: Cross- and upsell SAP-integrated finance solutions and contribute to targeted sales campaigns • Sales cycle ownership: Independently manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact through business case and effort estimation to proposal, negotiation, and closing • Results responsibility & pipeline management: Responsible for achieving your personal order intake targets (AE quota) within your customer base. Ensure a continuous, high-quality build-up of your sales pipeline and maintain structured pipeline hygiene with reliable forecast accuracy. • Customer support during technology transitions: Guide customers through technological change and convey enthusiasm for cloud, AI-driven processes, and new SAP technologies • Portfolio shaping through market feedback: Actively help shape our portfolio by capturing market and customer feedback and identifying trends • Stakeholder management: Build sustainable relationships at the decision-maker level; work closely with our internal winning teams and Business Solution Sales • Customer meetings & event presence: Facilitate workshops and presentations and represent the company at customer and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B account management or customer success, ideally in the SAP or IT environment • Strong consulting and analytical skills to assess customer processes and derive clear recommendations • Technology affinity, especially for cloud architectures, AI-driven processes, and SAP technologies • Proven sales strength with documented experience and success in cross- and upselling as well as confidently managing complete sales cycles • Confident stakeholder management at C-level and ability to build long-term customer relationships • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Team orientation and strong execution skills • Willingness to learn and adapt to change
