📋 Description

• Participation in pre-sales activities such as proof of concept and pilot installations • Installation of our product solutions at renowned customer sites • Providing local after-sales support to customers • Servicing and maintaining our products • Responding to service requests • Accurately completing service worksheets, reporting case progress in our cloud-based case management system, and checking parts inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Technical experience with products that combine intelligent interaction of hardware, software, sensors, and wireless technology • Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems • Several years of experience in material handling or intralogistics • Professional communication skills • Self-motivated with effective planning and organizational skills • A full United Kingdom driving licence is required
