📋 Description

• Central software administration: installation of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system software for the operation of high-availability OT systems; applying updates, service packs (SP) and upgrades • Implementation and monitoring of IT/OT security measures (OT security, system hardening) • Network management: design and configuration of IT/OT networks in various topologies (star, line, ring), including firewalls • Participation in control system projects • Active involvement in incident resolution and troubleshooting • Backup & disaster recovery: regular backups of projects and operating systems • Preparation and execution of planned IT/OT maintenance at customer sites • License management • User administration • Setup of virtualized environments • Creation of documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or technician qualification in computer science, electrical engineering, or automation engineering, or equivalent practical professional experience • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and networking (TCP/IP, Industrial Ethernet) • Cybersecurity: knowledge of securing automation systems • IT/OT network technologies • Familiarity with IT systems (hardware and software) is desirable • Experience with the process control systems Aprol and PCS7
