📋 Description

• - Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.) • - Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions • - Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms • - Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs • - Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• - Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations • - Practical experience using AI tools for process optimization • - Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms • - Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources • - High level of ownership and self-motivation • - Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively • - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively • - Strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
