• Transform pre-qualified leads into enrolled students through engaging, personalized consultations. • Connect with potential clients via phone and online communications to understand educational needs and recommend courses. • Apply consultative selling techniques to comprehend client goals and customize solutions. • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track sales progress using CRM. • Surpass monthly sales targets and contribute to the success of the sales team. • Work as part of ELVTR's sales team in a fully remote, contract-based role.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally with high-ticket items or in the education technology sector. • Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written English. • Strong history of meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth. • Comfortable with CRM software and sales tracking techniques. • Self-motivated; capable of working independently and managing time in a remote environment. • Enthusiastic and proactive positive attitude. • Candidates must be located in Colombia.
