Elycor is an independent, student-led investment club and deal-sourcing network that identifies and professionally prepares curated small- and mid-cap investment opportunities (enterprise value €1–100M) for buy-side partners such as PE and VC funds. The team—made up of students and young professionals with backgrounds in investment banking, private equity, consulting and corporate finance—provides pro bono, project-based services including screening and qualification, valuation and financial modelling, investor-ready materials and targeted matching, and operates on a success-only fee model. Elycor also supports entrepreneurs with succession and placement options, gives students hands-on deal experience, and is developing an AI-backed deal intelligence platform currently in closed beta.
