📋 Description

• Advise, train and support managers and nursing staff in the senior care centers • Support the senior care centers before, during and after visits by Medical Services (MD), the nursing home supervisory authority and other external inspections • Organize and conduct nursing leadership meetings • Carry out internal audits to verify the effectiveness of processes and systems • Ensure compliance with quality management targets, structural, process and outcome quality, and applicable guidelines • Analyze, monitor and optimize processes and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management tools used • Guide corrective actions in the event of deviations • Implement, further develop and evaluate the internal quality management system

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a registered nurse (state-qualified) • Further training and/or degree in quality management, nursing management or health management, with subsequent leadership experience in healthcare • Analytical ability to identify and evaluate problems and initiate appropriate measures • Competence in steering and implementing nursing-specific tasks • Strong social and leadership skills combined with assertiveness • Confident presence and excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and take responsibility • Willingness to travel regionally within the greater Munich area
