📋 Description

• Strategic management, optimization and value enhancement of the real estate portfolio, taking profitability, sustainability and company objectives into account • Analysis and monitoring of financial KPIs, preparation of financial models and investment analyses, and ensuring efficient CapEx/OpEx control • Identification of development and optimization opportunities; planning and implementation of investment and modernization projects • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and developing strategies to minimize risk and protect the assets • Responsibility for lease agreements, acquisitions and disposals, and negotiations with owners, tenants, investors and brokers in line with the company strategy • Preparation and communication of portfolio and performance reports to management, investors and internal departments to support informed decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in real estate management, business administration or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in asset management, ideally within the healthcare sector • Solid understanding of analytical, conceptual and organizational issues • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Independent and structured working style • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Confident user of common MS Office applications, particularly Excel
