📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day clinical trial operations from start-up through close-out • Manage study timelines, enrolment targets, and operational deliverables • Provide oversight of CRA activities and monitoring quality • Support site feasibility, selection, activation, and performance management • Partner with sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional teams • Ensure protocol compliance and data quality • Identify operational risks and implement solutions • Deliver study updates and status reports to key stakeholders • Mentor CRAs and study team members • Oversee global and regional clinical studies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related discipline • Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Lead or equivalent • Strong background in monitoring and site management • Working knowledge of European regulatory requirements and ICH-GCP • Ability to manage multiple priorities across international studies • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly preferred • Certification such as ACRP or SOCRA is advantageous
