• You will define and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring strong market positioning and sustainable revenue growth. • You will continuously refine strategies based on market trends, performance insights, and competitive dynamics. • You will own top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability. • You will set clear revenue targets, monitor performance, and drive initiatives to consistently exceed sales objectives. • You will identify growth opportunities and expand into new markets. • You will drive both organic and inorganic growth while increasing trading volumes on the platform. • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional partners, and stakeholders. • You will promote the company's financial products and services to drive adoption and long-term engagement. • You will lead, mentor, and scale the sales team. • You will establish performance frameworks, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a high-performing, results-driven culture. • You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader business strategy. • You will ensure seamless execution of campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives. • You will conduct ongoing research on fintech and crypto market trends, providing strategic insights to senior management and adapting sales approaches accordingly. • You will oversee sales operations, including CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. • You will ensure data-driven decision-making and optimise sales processes for efficiency. • You will promote a culture of strong risk management within the sales function, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• 10+ years' experience in sales leadership, including managing high-performing teams • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets • Strong understanding of fintech, crypto, FX, or trading platforms • Experience developing and executing sales strategies • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Preferred Experience within a crypto exchange, trading platform, or financial services environment • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Strong network of institutional clients and partners • Deep understanding of trading products and market structures.
