⢠Analysis, development, and maintenance of bonus schemes for the commercial team (including regular quarterly calculations); ⢠Analysis of employee remuneration (including CR and paymix analysis); ⢠Creation and maintenance of salary bands and salary ranges (preparation of market data upon request from main peer HRBPs/business); ⢠Administration of bonus payments (ensuring a clear and transparent handling process on a monthly basis); ⢠Quarterly calculation of accruals (consolidation, verification, and transfer to the finance team).
⢠Work experience in C&B of at least 3 years, including the development and administration of motivation systems; ⢠Ability to work with large volumes of data; ⢠Attention to details; ⢠Proficiency in complex Excel/Google Sheets formulas; ⢠Strong written and spoken English.
