📋 Description

• Independently manage and develop one of our largest chemical customers in southern Germany • Achieve agreed sales, booking and profit targets within the sales territory and for defined key accounts • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers • Present our full product and solutions portfolio (pressure, temperature, level and flow measurement and related technologies) • Negotiate quotations with customers, including price, discount and volume structures within approval limits • Monitor the market and competitors and report to the Sales Manager • Maintain customer organizations and sales opportunities in the CRM system • Work closely with Product Management, international teams and other Emerson business units • Ensure compliance with trade compliance requirements and company policies • Actively promote our corporate culture of “Think Customer” and “Go Boldly”

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in measurement and control technology • Solid knowledge of products (pressure, temperature, level and flow measurement) and applications in the chemical or life-science industry • Passion for sales, technical understanding and enjoyment of customer contact • Demonstrable sales success and motivation to build long-term partnerships • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
