📋 Description

• Provide competent on-site support and consultation to our customers – particularly for demanding applications – acting as a reliable and trusted partner at eye level • Collaborate closely with the internal technical team to develop customized optimizations for customer applications that take technical, economic, and process-related aspects into account • Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts within your sales territory, maintaining a clear focus on sustainable and long-term business relationships • Manage existing customer accounts in a structured manner while actively acquiring new and target customers to continuously expand our customer portfolio • Further develop solution-based sales across business units, with a strong focus on innovative automation solutions from the comprehensive Emerson Automation Solutions portfolio • Monitor market and competitor activities, including the analysis and preparation of relevant information to strategically enhance your sales territory • Represent the company at trade fairs and sales events, where you will build relationships, identify trends, and present our solutions convincingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or business-related degree – ideally in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field • 3-5 years of experience in technical field sales, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and translate them into practical solutions • Very good command of both German and English. • Experience in pneumatics, fluid technology, mechatronics, or drive technology • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
