⢠Manage customer accounts in the assigned sales territory, acquire new customers and expand market position with responsibility for results ⢠Advise on product selection and technical application in collaboration with our specialists in Europe ⢠Prepare quotations and proposals including associated cost calculations, conduct price negotiations and actively track projects ⢠Conduct contract negotiations, including closing contracts with customers, in coordination with regional sales management ⢠Maintain proactive customer contact ⢠Work with the CRM system, including administrative maintenance of contact data and activities ⢠Closely monitor and analyze the market, competitors and trends to derive strategic sales activities. Develop and address strategic challenges, e.g., target customers or key growth strategies ⢠Report sales performance and project progress to regional sales management ⢠Represent the company at trade shows and other events
⢠Completed technical training or degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering is preferred ⢠Experience in the sales of technical products gained through professional work or internships is desirable ⢠Strong understanding of complex technical interrelationships ⢠Service-oriented mindset and strong sales orientation ⢠Business-fluent German (spoken and written); at least good command of English ⢠Willingness to travel
