📋 Description
• Generate and prioritize A/B test ideas based on customer insights, data, research, and business objectives • Develop clear hypotheses and experiment plans • Configure, QA, launch, and monitor A/B tests using the experimentation platform • Analyse experiment results and translate findings into actionable recommendations • Conduct data deep dives to uncover customer behaviour and identify optimisation opportunities • Iterate on experiment learnings to improve customer experience and conversion performance • Partner with Product, UX, Design, Engineering, and eCommerce teams • Present experiment results and recommendations to stakeholders • Maintain accurate experiment documentation, insights, and best practices • Contribute to a strong experimentation culture across the business
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years' experience in CRO, digital optimisation, web analytics, UX, or a related field • Strong understanding of the CRO process • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or another analytics platform • Experience using an A/B testing platform such as AB Tasty/VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Dynamic Yield • Experience analysing quantitative and qualitative data to generate test hypotheses • Experience writing clear test plans, hypotheses, and success metrics • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with designers, developers, and product managers • Fluent English, written and spoken • E-commerce website experience, UX principles, customer journeys, heatmaps, session recordings, user research tools, and ICE/PIE/RICE prioritization are nice to have
