📋 Description

• You are responsible for preparatory accounting and thus ensure smooth onward processing by our tax advisor • You compile all required documents, digitize them and transmit them to our tax advisor • You handle preparatory payroll accounting and ensure the timely processing of monthly payrolls in cooperation with our tax advisor • You record, check and process payment transactions and monitor outstanding items • You support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements • You optimize our accounting processes through the use of automations

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., apprenticeship) or equivalent • Proficient MS Office skills • Experience with DATEV Unternehmen online • Practical experience in preparatory accounting and payroll accounting • Very good German language skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities • Independent, structured and reliable working style
