📋 Description

• Facilitation, mapping, and proposal of solutions for business needs. • Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet those needs. • Support the development team by taking on work items for development each Sprint. • Support the Product Owner in decomposing business needs by identifying the requirements generated/impacted in the systems as user stories to begin sprint execution. • Responsible for uncovering stakeholders' true needs, not just their explicit requests. • Support development-related activities with emphasis on the elicitation and documentation of software functional and non-functional requirements. • Manage your own work, promptly notifying the team about any potential delays.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Solid experience with COBOL
