📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client for matters related to contract management. • Manage and monitor operational demands, ensuring deadlines and established service levels are met. • Coordinate the availability of allocated professionals to execute activities. • Organize and control administrative documentation related to the contract. • Consolidate, manage, and systematize evidence of service delivery for the preparation of monthly reports. • Monitor indicators, support issue resolution, and ensure communication between involved parties. • Support leadership in team management and continuous process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. • Active registration with CRA (Regional Administration Council). • Experience in leadership or people management roles, verified by employment record or employer declaration. • Experience with contract monitoring, demand management, and preparation of management reports. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Good communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities. • Reside in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
