📋 Description

• Build and develop automated testing frameworks • Orchestrate advanced continuous integration in Azure DevOps • Execute tests in containers using Docker and Kubernetes • Define and implement a testing strategy based on the testing pyramid • Perform UI, API, unit, contract, and performance testing • Use GitHub for code version control • Identify bottlenecks through basic performance and load testing • Execute shift-left testing in the early stages of the development lifecycle • Continuously integrate testing activities with the development team • Monitor dashboards, logs, and alerts to identify asynchronous failures • Conduct code reviews, define standards, and support the team’s technical growth • Decide when to automate tests or keep them manual, taking maintenance trade-offs into account

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with test automation architecture, including building and developing testing frameworks • Experience with advanced continuous integration and orchestration in Azure DevOps • Experience testing in containers using Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of testing strategies and the application of the testing pyramid, balancing UI, API, unit, contract, and performance testing • Experience with code version control using GitHub • Basic knowledge of performance and load testing using k6, JMeter, or Gatling • Experience with shift-left automation and continuous integration with the development team • Experience monitoring and analyzing dashboards, logs, and alerts for asynchronous failures • Experience providing technical mentorship, conducting code reviews, defining standards, and supporting team growth • Ability to make decisions regarding automation versus manual testing and assess maintenance trade-offs
