📋 Description

• Calculate, review, and finalize direct and indirect taxes, including IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and ICMS • Analyze taxes withheld at source, including IRRF, INSS, ISS, and CSRF • Issue and monitor GNREs • Prepare and monitor PER/DCOMP filings, including the analysis of tax credits and offsets • Prepare, review, and monitor federal, state, and municipal ancillary tax obligations, including EFD-Contribuições, EFD ICMS, ECF, ECD, DCTFWeb, and EFD-Reinf • Perform tax reconciliations and validate accounting entries and classifications • Monitor tax legislation and support the implementation of Tax Reform • Analyze impacts and opportunities related to Tax Reform • Implement tax adjustments in the Protheus ERP, including master data, NCM, cClassTrib, IBS, and CBS • Perform tax testing and validation • Support NFS-e adjustments and interact with municipal government systems and portals • Support external audits and tax inspections by gathering information and documentation • Identify improvements to tax processes, controls, and routines

🎯 Requirements

• Practical knowledge of federal, state, and municipal taxes, as well as taxes withheld at source • Experience preparing and submitting PER/DCOMP filings and performing and controlling tax offsets • Accounting knowledge sufficient to understand entries, classifications, financial statements, and reconciliations, particularly at the interface between Accounting and Tax • Knowledge of the Protheus ERP (TOTVS), especially tax routines and configurations • Experience interacting with municipal government systems and portals • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
