📋 Description

• Process purchase orders/online orders for internal stakeholders • Verify information accuracy and confirm orders and deliveries • Communicate with internal stakeholders’ order status and delivery dates • Contact suppliers to update orders • Resolve shipping errors and address shortages • Acquire vendor information and submit to Accounts Payable for entry into Workday for new suppliers or existing suppliers • Partner with finance for accounts payable to resolve pricing discrepancies, and reconciling invoices • Ensure all purchases adhere to company policies, budgetary limits and preferred supply lists

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite • Data entry skills • Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills • Manage vendor set up and acquire necessary documentation such as payment information and W9’s • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement • Obtain order confirmations and ensure data accuracy
