📋 Description

• Provide executional leadership for automation projects impacting various locations in the North America Supply Chain • Partner with team members within automation, staff and mills, along with vendors and suppliers • Own execution of engineering, layout, and execution of material movement automation strategy • Drive development and execution of North America Automation capital projects • Ensure all work complies with Corporate Safety, Regulatory, and Quality requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline • Expertise in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or Mechatronics • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering on capital projects • Flexibility to work in a distribution or manufacturing environment with a 24/7 operation • Ability to travel >50% as dictated by business needs • Experience in the design and operation of high-speed tissue manufacturing or personal care product manufacturing equipment • Experience with logistics and manufacturing automation technologies such as AGVs, AMRs, 6 axis robotics
