• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for the growth marketing function, influencing pipeline and revenue growth. • Shape and scale high-impact programs including go-to-market motions, brand, performance, customer lifecycle, or communications initiatives. • Operate as both strategist and operator, improving processes and executing in a collaborative environment. • Lead strategic planning, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization within growth marketing. • Build and execute cross-channel programs and GTM initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, RevOps, and other teams. • Drive insights through data and analytics to influence executive decisions, translating insights into recommendations.
