We now service over 300,000 businesses and more than 2 million employees. • The EH Way: mission first; remote first; AI First; apolitical; values; high performance. • We’re looking for SDR Sales Enablement to drive performance coaching for our NZ-based SDR team, across Micro, Core, and Mid-Market segments in both Inbound and Outbound. You’ll act as a hands-on coach and quality champion — spending your time in the field running 1:1 sessions, shadowing live calls, reviewing Outreach, and addressing performance gaps. • Your mission is to elevate SDR performance by coaching to best-in-class standards and improving funnel metrics like MQL-to-SAO conversion, connect rates, demo sit rates, and revenue. You’ll drive excellence by lifting both quantity and quality, in partnership with SDR Managers. • SDRs are revenue influencers; you’ll embed this belief by setting clear standards, optimizing processes, and coaching relentlessly to fuel pipeline growth. • 1:1 Tactical Coaching & Performance Enablement: conduct 1:1 coaching, live shadowing, roleplays; provide real-time feedback; track funnel performance. • SDR Quality Assurance & Workflow Uplift: audit calls and CRM hygiene; identify performance bottlenecks; collaborate with Ops; align coaching with performance needs. • Channel Growth: standardise SDR workflows; develop product knowledge; embed best practices; SPICED sales methodology; continuous development. • Collaborate & Commercial Impact: align with GTM, product launches, campaigns; champion high performance; act as a force multiplier. • What you’ll bring: commercial acumen, execution mastery, change driver, force multiplier, results-obsessed. • What we’re looking for: proven coaching/leadership of SDRs; outbound/inbound experience; strong metrics; tools familiarity; data-driven; cross-functional alignment. • What we can offer: remote work; cutting-edge tools; ambitious colleagues; ESOP; generous paternity leave; egg freezing; budget; learning opportunities. • If you thrive in hands-on coaching roles, this is your opportunity to help Employment Hero create a world-class SDR function — where every call counts!

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success coaching or leading Inbound and Outbound SDR teams, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups (essential) • Deep understanding of Outbound pipeline generation and SDR performance levers • Strong track record improving activity and conversion metrics • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Outreach, Spekit, Confluence, and Salesforce (preferred) • Skilled in delivering feedback and coaching across all experience levels • Comfortable operating at both tactical and strategic levels in a fast-moving environment • Data-driven decision maker with a passion for scaling repeatable, high-impact sales motions • Strong alignment to commercial goals and the ability to drive cross-functional outcomes • Able to interpret data to diagnose performance gaps and pull the right levers to positively impact sales performance metrics • Collaborative mindset, working well with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes
