• This is a remote position. • Hi, I’m the recruiter for a REMOTE Recruiting Client Services Partner. • A 20-year unique Recruitment Process Outsourcing service provider. • Negotiable hourly rate, flexible schedule with some required availability, & LOTS of growth opportunity! • You’ll work directly with me- owner/founder Freddy Mayhall holding critical responsibility around resume review, prospective candidate follow-up, candidate outreach, phone screening. • PHONE SCREENING activities will be most of your work (50%+ of your time). • Initial 10-20 work hours available but can increase based on your interest. • Future full-time hours are possible but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition to include heavy phone screening and sourcing. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to track and maintain activities and responsibilities autonomously and with little supervision. • Intermediate to Advanced with Excel, csv files, and Google sheets to store/update data and compile and maintain reports.
• Flexible, remote schedule. • Benefit options ONLY available for future full-time (32 or more hours per week)
