📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of significant software features or projects • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize software requirements • Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality code standards • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks • Contribute to improving development processes and software architecture • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug and improve products • Document and demonstrate solutions through documentation, code comments, and clear, efficient code • Assist in code reviews and enforce standard practices within the team • Continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies and development practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of hands-on technology experience • Ability to work independently and understand how a system is designed technically • 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Pro*C, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, UNIX (Solaris), and Java • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology • Experience with Shell Programming (C-shell, KORN Shell) and Perl • Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience • Ability to work in a team environment and learn continuously • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience designing systems with other technical architects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with JavaScript and either Angular or React JS framework is a plus • Experience with Oracle Forms is a plus
