📋 Description

• Develop a custom workflow engine integrated with Naehas’ core product for automation • Write clean, optimized, efficient code • Create unit test cases • Maintain Javadoc and document APIs • Create architecture and feature documentation • Analyze, design, and develop reliable, scalable, high-performing web applications • Collaborate with product management to understand business requirements and translate them into features within timelines • Propose and implement solutions and underlying techniques for problem statements • Collaborate with developers and teams to deliver new features with minimal defects • Contribute to advanced concepts, technologies, and an area of team expertise • Address product and technology architecture and design issues • Provide strategic reasoning for introducing new technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • Strong preference for candidates who completed B.Tech/M.Tech from top Tier-1 Institutes • 7–10 years of hands-on coding experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate • Experience building microservices and RESTful web services • Experience with RDBMS, preferably MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Neo4j • Working experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect/SAML, JWT, and Spring Security • Understanding of Java build tools such as Maven/Gradle • Experience designing, testing, and implementing software systems that optimize data operations and solution design • Requirements analysis and ability to understand business requirements and develop optimized, customized customer solutions • Demonstrated leadership ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Involvement in research and development activities to identify product requirements aligned with Naehas’ vision and business needs • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment • Nice to have: hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services, preferably AWS • Nice to have: exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React.js • Nice to have: understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Linux, shell scripting, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Apache Kafka, pub-sub systems, Okta, SSO, Docker
